Polarization Dependence of the C 1s X‐ray Absorption Spectra of Individual Multi‐Walled Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract

The polarization dependence (linear dichroism) of the C 1s X-ray absorption spectrum of individual multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) is measured using scanning transmission X-ray microscopy.
