ABSTRACTHerein, we report that the intrapulmonary delivery of an adenovirus vector expressing KARAP/DAP12, an adaptor protein expressed in granulocytes and mononuclear cells, enhanced fungal clearance during experimental invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in neutropenic mice.
