Propranolol therapy for infantile hemangioma is less toxic but longer in duration than corticosteroid therapy
Abstract
Background Infantile hemangioma is the most common benign, self-limiting tumour of childhood. Treatment is reserved for hemangiomas that obstruct vital structures or cause significant disfigurement.
