Long-term Role Sustainability of Advanced Practice Nurses: A World Café
Abstract
This study explores the sustainability of advanced practice nurse (APN) roles, identifying key factors that influence their persistence and effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive design and the World Café method were used to gather insights from 12 APNs, students, and researchers at an international congress.
