Abstract
A novel electrochemical biosensor is described for detection of breakpoint cluster region gene and a cellular abl (BCR/ABL) fusion gene in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) by using thiolated-hairpin locked nucleic acids (LNA) as the capture probe.
