Abstract
This article discusses developments in feminist and critical social geographic analyses of citizenship. It argues that geographers have built upon the legacies of radical geography, such as concerns with social justice, to advance our understanding of processes of citizenship formation (i.e., how relations and practices of citizenship develop in particular places and regions).
