Abnormalities of the lower urinary tract are relatively common conditions. A significant number of these are diagnosed antenatally. Post delivery multi-modality imaging should be performed by experienced radiologists. This chapter reviews the most common conditions of this anatomical region, their presentations, differentials, complications and best imaging techniques.
