  • AbstractThe first xenon(II) oxide, [XeOXeOXe]2+ is synthesized as [F(ReO2F3)2]‐ salt by reaction of ReO3F with XeF2 (molar ratios from ≈1:2 to ≈1:1) in anhydrous HF (FEP reactor, ‐30 °C, 2‐4 h).
