ChemInform Abstract: Crystal Structure, Electronic and Physical Properties of Monoclinic RECuTe2 in Contrast to RECuSe2 (RE: Pr, Sm, Gd, Dy and Er).

Abstract The compounds LnCuTe 2 (Ln: Gd, Dy, Er) are synthesized from the elements (annealing at 700—800 °C, 100 h) and characterized by single crystal XRD, electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficient measurements, and TB‐LMTO‐ASA electronic band structure calculations.
