Lipase-catalyzed stereoselective resolution and desymmetrization of binaphthols
Abstract
We have investigated the use of lipoprotein lipase enzymes from Pseudomonas sp. and Pseudomonas fluorescens for the enantioselective resolution and desymmetrization of racemic binaphthols.
