The McMaster Research Data Management (RDM) Needs Survey assessed the practices, challenges, and needs of researchers working within the institution.
The survey asked researchers about their awareness of funding mandates for research data management, how they store and back up their data, how they and their trainees and collaborators work with research data, how they share their data, the barriers and challenges they face working with research data, and their awareness and interest in RDM services at McMaster.
