• ABSTRACTWe describe a novel scanning‐laser system for imaging type‐II photodynamically generated singlet oxygen (1O2[1Δg]) luminescence and demonstrate it in vivo in an intradermal tumor model in mice. We verify the strong oxygen‐dependence of the signal and show that the images are near the practical resolution limit.
