Abstract

Key Points: Careful monitoring, prompt diagnosis, and appropriate treatment of breast cancer drug–induced pneumonitis is critical. Most pulmonary treatment-related adverse events are low-grade and can be safely mitigated through supportive care and the use of corticosteroids in select patients.
