Comments on Floris Roelofsen's "Questions and indererminate reference"

Dynamic approaches to semantics like Floris Roelofsen’s can be contrasted to mentalunderstanding, representational and inferentialist approaches–each of which has its distinctive problems. Roelofsen has advanced a promising proposal within his dynamic approach that indefinite pronouns like somewhere share with wh-words like where an indeterminate reference (e.g. to a place) but add exclusion of the null value (e.g. the value nowhere).
