The Effect of the Second Phase on the Anti-scaling Property of Enamel Steel DC04EK

Abstract

In order to increase the anti-scaling property of the material, the research of enamel steel is mainly carried out around the enamel technology. In this paper, the effect of the second phase particles in the enamel steel DC04EK on the anti-scaling property was studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer. The results show that the precipitates in the steel are mainly Ti (C, N) and Ti4C2S2, the average particles of the former are smaller but more numerous than that of the latter, and the second phase particles interact strongly with hydrogen, which is an effective irreversible trap a large number of fine second-phase particles can effectively increase the density of the irreversible traps, thus increasing the irreversible hydrogen storage capacity of the steel plate, effectively prevent the occurrence of scale explosion. DC04EK has excellent hydrogen storage performance and anti-scale explosion performance, can achieve excellent stamping performance and anti-scale explosion performance of the match.
