The expression analysis of recombinant protein in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3)

In order to research the expression of recombinant protein in Escherichia coli plant, ACC synthase was expressed with expression vector in E. coli(BL21). Using SDS-PAGE and wave length-scan system, the expressed protein was found increasing with the increase of time, bacteria density and IPTG density. The best expressed time was two and half hours, and the protein was expressed highly at bacteria density of OD600 = 0.6 with 0.6mmol/L IPTG. The expression of solubility protein with SDS-PAGE electrophoresis was not found.
