Understanding Post-acceptance Usage Behaviors–An Ambidexterity View

Recent information systems (IS) publications reveal an emerging interest in studying post-acceptance system usage behaviors. Compared to adoption and initial use, understanding of IS post-acceptance use is still at its early stage. To further develop knowledge about this phenomenon, this study reviews a variety of post-acceptance usage and ambidexterity concepts. An ambidexterity view is then proposed as an alternative perspective to understand these post-acceptance behaviors.
