Stereochemical non-rigidity of the indenyl ligand in the compound [CrRh(µ-CO) 2 (CO) 2 ( η -C 9 H 7 )( η -C 6 H 3 Me 3 -1,3,5)]

Examination of the variable temperature 13C-{1H} data for the compound [CrRh(µ-CO)2(CO)2-(η-C9H7)(η-C6H3Me3-1,3,5)] reveals dynamic behaviour involving hindered rotation of the η-C9H7 ligand; with ΔG‡ at –32 °C, 45.2 ± 1 kJ mol–1.
