The Rise in Cardiovascular Risk Factors and Chronic Diseases in Guyana: A Narrative Review

Abstract

Background: Guyana experiences health challenges related to both communicable and non-communicable diseases. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the most common non-communicable disease in Guyana.
