The Spin of the 295 keV Level in ¹⁵¹Sm Journal Articles

abstract

• The angular distributions of gamma rays following Coulomb excitation of 151Sm by 50 and 75 MeV 35Cl ions were measured. The spin of the 295 keV level was uniquely determined to be I = 9/2.
