This project provides up-to-date information on gender equity and racialized diversity in leadership positions across multiple employment and service sectors within Hamilton and the Regional Municipality of Halton (including its lower tier municipalities of Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Halton Hills). Two comprehensive reports have been published in 2014 and 2017 with a third being developed for 2020. These regular reports analyze changes against our initial 2014 benchmark data, allowing us to evaluate progress, identify setbacks and provide advocates with practical tools for advancing diversity and inclusion at decision-making tables.
