Developing an integrated geriatric assessment database and protocol

Traditionally, geriatric assessment has been done by different disciplines, with over-lap. We developed a comprehensive standardized database which intergrates data from multiple disciplines. This database has been computerized and is entered directly onto the computer that automatically generates a consultation and follow-up letter.
