Bitoric hard and soft lenses in marked ocularastigmatism

Abstract

A patient with significant ocular astigmatism of corneal and lenticular origin was fitted with bitoric gas permeablehard lenses. As a result of poor centration and subsequent staining a bitoric medium water content soft hydrophilic lens was fitted with good results.
