Laparoscopic Assisted Hemisplenectomy for a Splenic Hemangioma
Abstract
Laparoscopic assisted splenectomy has been used in the treatment of patients with massive splenomegaly, but to date there have been no reports of laparoscopic assisted hemisplenectomy.
