63Cu NQR evidence for spatial variation of hole concentration in La2-xSrxCuO4

Abstract

Experimental evidence for the spatial variation of hole concentration in La2-xSrxCuO4 high temperature superconductor was presented via 63Cu nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) using 63Cu isotope enriched samples. It was shown that the extent of the spatial variation of the hole concentration was reflected on 631/T1 and the temperature dependence was deduced.
