Effect of electrode tip geometry on electrode degradation during resistance spot welding zinc coated sheet steel

Abstract

The effect of electrode tip geometry on electrode degradation during resistance spot welding zinc coated steel sheet was investigated by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer.
