A constitutive model for clays and sands with account of anisotropic hardening.

Abstract

Presents a constitutive model for clays and sands within the same set of fundamental assumptions. Such a formulation has a definite advantage since the mechanical response of both materials can be treated within one model and only particular material parameters are varied when passing from one material to the other. -from Authors
