Electroreflectance spectra of some IIIVAs2 compounds

The room temperature reflectance spectra of the ternary compounds of CdSnAs 2 , CdGeAs 2 , ZnSnAs 2 , ZnGeAs 2 , and ZnSiAs 2 have been determined in the energy range 1.5–6.0 eV by reflectance, electroreflectance, and thermoreflectance techniques.
