Abstract Bei der Reaktion des 1,3‐Diens (I) mit dem Säurechlorid (II) oder Diketen (V) in Gegenwart von TiCl 4 entsteht neben geringen Mengen des erwarteten Örsellinsäureesters (III) der β‐Ketoester (IV).
