Indolo[3,2-b]carbazole-Based Thin-Film Transistors with High Mobility and Stability

Abstract

Proper functionalization of indolo[3,2-b]carbazole led to a new class of high-performance organic semiconductors suitable for organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) applications.
