Co-Ordinated Control Of A Family Of Discount Related Items

An overview is presented of a new inventory model. The model provides cc^ordinated control of a family of discount-related items for both continuous review and periodic review. Inventory position is modelled as a diffusion process. Simulation comparison tests show that this model outperforms IBM’s IMPACT inventory control system.
