Homogeneity/Heterogeneity Hypotheses for Standardized Mortality Ratios Based on Minimum Power‐divergence Estimators

Abstract

This paper analyzes the power divergence estimators when homogeneity/heterogeneity hypotheses among standardized mortality ratios (SMRs) are taken into account.
