Essential Processes for Cognitive Behavioral Clinical Supervision: Agenda Setting, Problem-Solving, and Formative Feedback
Abstract
Clinical supervision should be a proactive and considered endeavor, not a reactive one. To that end, supervisors should choose supervision processes that are driven by theory, best available research, and clinical experience.
