On the Coupling Between Solute Drag and Recrystallization Kinetics
Abstract
It is proposed that the kinetics of recrystallization may be influenced by the presence of a solute drag term. Immediately upon nucleation, recrystallized grains are considered close to an equilibrium; they will grow slowly and will likely be influenced by solute drag.
