Transient action spectra of Al/x—H2Pc schottky barrier photovoltaic cells

Abstract

A change in structure of the transient action spectra of Al/x—H2Pc photovoltaic cells is observed as the reverse cell bias is increased. This indicates that the carrier generation process is basically local in nature and that the exciton diffusion length is smaller than the barrier width.
