NMR Study of V/Ag Multilayered Supercondutors

Abstract

The nuclear spin-lattice relaxation time T1 of 51V in V/Ag multilayered superconductors has been measured in zero magnetic field using the field cycling technique. The data indicate that the order parameter in the V layers increases up to 2Δ(0)=3.5kB Tc with decreasing temperature, irrespective of the existence of the proximity effect and the dimensional crossover in the multilayered films.
