A note on reported accident rates

Abstract

Journal of Occupational Accidents, 2: 245–253.A study was conducted of all reported accidents causing injury in a factory for one year. The rate of reported accidents fell substantially compared with previous years, apparently due to the conducting of the study. The implications of this result are discussed.
