I’m a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster. I work alongside clinicians to develop and shape research ideas, and help operationalize research activities across McMaster Family Health Team Clinics. My role is all about bridging clinical care and academic research—making sure innovative scholarly ideas are not only well-supported but also smoothly integrated into everyday clinical workflows. I also specialize in how to incorporate EDI in research, helping ensure our studies reflect and serve the diverse communities we care for.
