• The July-September 1999 issue of Vikalpa had published a Management Case titled “Malaysia: Strategy for the Twenty-first Century” by Sushil Vachani focusing on the challenges that Dr Mahathir faced in 1997 in order to make Malaysia a developed country by the year 2020. In this issue, we feature three responses on the case by S M Khalid Nainar, G S Gupta, Partha Gangopadhyay and Ross Chapman.
